How many lies can a person tell before they are a liar? Are all lies bad? How do you feel when someone is dishonest with you?

If you believe that saying, "Once a liar always a liar," then it would be one lie, but in all honestly, everyone is a liar if you go by this saying. You can not sit here and tell me you have never lied in your life! even if you simply said, "Yes i ate my veggies." when you really didn't, that is still considered a lie. Everyone has told lies whether is was for a good reason or a bad.
Not all lies are bad though. Say some stranger pulls up next to you as you were walking home and asks you to get in the car and they will take you home so you don’t have to walk, what will you do? Most people will make up a lie and say something like, "My house is only two houses down, I’ll be fine." or, "I’m just meeting up with a friend, he should be here any minute." Those are lies that are helpful, they don't hurt anyone. Usually, people will lie to make someone feel better. For example, if your friend asks you how she looks in the dress she really likes, you may not like it, but she really does so you say that it looks great. These lies are sometimes good but some people don’t like it. They really want the truth so they don’t go out in an ugly outfit. I know i would want to know if i looked bad in a certain dress so i could go pick out a better one!
Dishonesty is a little different. A lot of people are dishonest about things because they are afraid of being judged or embarrassed. I HATE when people are dishonest with me, those people lose my trust but sometime when someone is dishonest I feel bad because they were just embarrassed. If these dishonesties are not going to harm anyone it isn't bad. Lies and dishonesties are both hurtful and helpful! keep it in mind though that lies care very hurtful and they beat people up. You will get farther in life when you tell the truth and put back when you lie!
